Efegames develops mobile games and applications, including Fish Memory: Word Trainer. This Privacy Policy explains what information our apps use, why it is used, and how users can contact us.
Information Stored On Device
Fish Memory stores learning progress, selected language settings, favorites, mistakes, game results, reminder preferences, and premium access status on the user's device. This information is used to personalize the learning experience and continue progress between sessions.
Purchases And Subscriptions
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We use Adapty to manage premium entitlement status, restore purchases, and keep access to paid features up to date. Payment details are handled by Apple and are not stored by Efegames.
Microphone And Speech Recognition
If a speaking or pronunciation feature is available and used, the app may request microphone and speech recognition permissions. These permissions are used only to support pronunciation and speech input inside the learning experience.
Notifications
If the user enables reminders, the app may schedule local notifications for learning reminders. Users can change notification permission at any time from the device settings.
Third-Party Services
Our apps may use third-party services needed to operate purchases, subscriptions, crash diagnostics, analytics, or platform features. Fish Memory currently uses Apple services for App Store purchases and Adapty for subscription and entitlement management.
Tracking And Advertising
Fish Memory does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not use IDFA collection in its Adapty configuration. Efegames does not sell personal information.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information, they can contact us so we can review and delete it where applicable.
Data Deletion
Most Fish Memory learning data is stored locally on the user's device and can be removed by deleting the app or clearing device data. For purchase and subscription records, users may also manage Apple account purchase history and subscription settings through Apple.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information handled by our apps and service providers. No internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and publish the new version here.
